Dr. Sukanya Ghosh is a dynamic technocrat and visionary leader with 18+ years of cross-functional expertise spanning academia, industrial manufacturing, consulting, and innovation ecosystems. A firm believer that human capital is the most valuable asset of any industry and nation, she actively drives skill development, entrepreneurship, and innovation-led growth.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management (jointly guided by NIT Durgapur & Central Michigan University, USA) with strong academic grounding in economics, business administration, and technology.

As an inventor and 20-year patent holder of the Smart Drinking Water Container, her breakthrough innovation in sustainable water technology has been recognized by IIT Research Park and DST, Government of West Bengal, securing financial grants for advancement.

She is also an award-winning innovator, including the Outstanding Research Award (Las Vegas, USA).

Dr. Ghosh has published 12+ research papers in reputed international journals, including IEEE, and has presented her work across global platforms in the USA, Egypt, Malaysia, China, and India.

She is a lifetime member of NIPM & NHRD and a member of the National Chamber of Cottage & Small Industries, actively contributing to industry and human capital development.

With hands-on leadership in industrial and export-oriented manufacturing operations, and as a board member across multiple companies and startups, she brings deep expertise in business strategy, R&D, and innovation management.

At Dronova, she is leading the vision of building a future-ready ecosystem integrating Drone Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Industry 4.0 skills, while fostering entrepreneurship, employability, and strong academia-industry collaboration.
